The COVID-19 RT-PCR Test is a real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT -PCR) test.
Real-time PCR, also known as quantitative or qPCR,
tests for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid from COVID-19 in the upper and lower respiratory specimens
collected from cases suspected of the virus.

Real time RT-PCR is now the most widely used method for detecting coronavirus.

The real time RT-PCR technique is highly sensitive and specific and can deliver a reliable diagnosis as fast as three hours.
Compared to other available virus isolation methods, real time RT-PCR is significantly faster and has a lower potential for contamination or errors as the entire process can be done within a closed tube.

Our RT-PCR machines have many advantages:
- Scientifically efficient temperature control system
and optoelectronic system.
- Powerful and easy-to-use software analysis functions, and humanized control methods.
- Easy to implement downstream multiple gene detection, quantitative analysis, SNP analysis, HRM analysis, and other applications.

Our PCR machines have a variety of advanced features all working with Windows operating system:

- A range of 2- 6 channel gradient machines
- Colour display screens

- Dual modules that operate independently,

- Variety of interchangeable modules,

- Computer online and print functions,

- Large data storage capacity and expansion capabilities

Nucleic acid testing is the primary method of diagnosing COVID-19, and is used for fluorescence detection for
RT - qPCR machines.

Our Toolkit contains all the required assets for PCR setup:
- Thermal bath has heating and mixing functions for the heating step of sample
- 3 piece set of Micropettes for sample collection and liquid transfer (20ul - 1000ul).
- Vortex / thermal mixers for shock function
- High-speed/ mini centrifuges for sample processing
& RNA extraction for preparation for PCR diagnosis.
